Any idea?

This is really no concern or anything. But out of curiosity, how the does the ecu stay cool in the hot engine bay? I always thought they mounted ecu’s in the cabin. Not the engine bay.

I know it’s not like iMac or anything and doesn’t need cooling fans (or does it?). But during summer, the engine bay gets HOT as hell. I’m just curious how the components don’t fry itself.

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

good question. I know the older cars always had ecu inside the cabin. All the later cars have them inside the engine bay. I wonder the same question. lol
