I had a Honda S2000 and hated to get rid of it. I am so glad to have gotten my Supra. Losing the S2K wasn’t quite a loss. I do know that the dealership I traded my S2K to didn’t have a problem reselling it. Three of the millennial salesmen were excited when they found out that I was going to trade it in. She was very clean and only had 73,000 miles on it.

I've owned over 35 new cars over the decades, honestly I can't remember them all.. but this is my first AT hobby car as well... besides a new 98 Prelude I had that was partly a daily driver with the 'new at the time' sequential shifting AT gearbox which turned out to be a bad choice after my honeymoon period..

I come from the sport compact world (I am a hatchback guy) with very limited number of V6 RWD car ownership like G35Coupe, 370Z, etc.. but I have driven other modern RWD cars like BRZ, Cayman, 911, Vette, Camaro, Mustang, Bimmers, Benz, etc etc.

But landed on my 2020 Supra Premium. I think the Supra is the perfect sports car for me.. small, short wheel base, good power, all sorts of modern electronics, and beautiful lines. I love it.

Well, since I got my license a while ago (early April of 2015) - and actually spent the last few years overseas, I actually owned a Toyota, as my first car.
a Toyota Fortuner, which is based on the 4Runner's platform!

However, after I moved back to Canada, I have the Forester I just posted up in the Garages section.
Thing is, I guess the Forester is the recent one I'll be owning before I go for a Supra myself.

As of recent events - my family is selling the Toyota since we're winding down our life chapter that involved the Toyota - which is sad to see happen, but then again I guess I'm looking forward to the Supra as my next Toyota to fill that gap.

I believe the IG I mentioned in my garage post on here has good photos of both the Forester and the Toyota (In their own respective environments), as I can't upload an image of either due to file size limits

Just curious why so many different BRZs? Did they make a bunch of changes between model years or something?

Haha the ‘16 was a regular BRZ special color, the ‘18 was the tS which was a surprise that Subaru released here. Then I sold the ‘18 tS to get the Supra.

Then I took advantage of peak trade-in values to get out of the GTI Lease early and get back into a BRZ, the 2020 tS. It also helps that I work at a Subaru dealership.
