As you probably have noticed by now, there will be an occasional scrape from the rear flaps when you hit a large bump/pothole. Depends also on how low you adjusted your HKS at install. I left mine at the stock HKS height.
Two things will happen over a period of time. One is that as the tire wears and becomes slightly smaller in diameter, it won't hit the flap as often, or at all. Secondarily, the flap will wear at the contact point, thusly decreasing the contact frequency. It is a simple matter to speed up this wear process with a dremel and/or a bit of sandpaper (on the flap, not the tires;)) It will be obvious to you where you are hitting after a short time.
My tires stopped rubbing on the flaps after a couple of months once this wear kicked in, and I accelerated the wear with my dremel., There was one whoop on the offramp that would get me EVERY time!! Forgot where it was now that I don't get the squeak anymore...

Thank you! I’m gonna pull my wheels soon and take a look at it all!

Does the 265 up front on a 9.5 look a bit stretched paired with the 295 on a 10.5 rear? Will a 275 be ideal if I want to keep it looking squared?

Not OP but I just put 265 fronts on my 9.5 advans and they fit nice and square. 275 will work too but I’ve heard they have tram lining issues. Went with 285 rears to try and keep rubbing at a minimum since mine is a cruiser not a missile.
