Reaching coilover adjustment knobs?

I am looking at the options for coilovers for my new supra. If the rear adjustment knobs are on the top of the dampers, how hard is it to get to them. I want to keep the full interior, but I am probably fine with making access through a plastic interior panel with a hole saw. Will that be enough? Are the damper tops buried under a bunch of things? Should I just get the ohlins with the adjusters on the bottom.

I think I found the answer:

It looks like the mcs shocks use a clevis mount that keeps the entire damper and adjustment knobs inside the wheel well. Looks like there is no need to remove interior panels to install or adjust…
