Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to replace the slave cylinder instead of doing a CDV delete? I purchased the BMW part from FCP Euro from the provided link from this CDV post and was wanting to swap out the whole slave cylinder.

Very similar process as CDV delete with some extra steps obviously.
1. Clamp down clutch fluid line.
2. Disconnect the fluid line connector to the clutch slave.
3. Remove clutch slave bolts. Top bolt in particular is in a tricky spot, I used an electric ratchet with an extension and U Joint.
4. Connect new clutch slave to the fluid line.
5. You can either bleed now with the clutch slave not bolted back down, or connect the new slave back to the car. If you're bleeding with it off of the car, be careful about the slave piston extending, easy to bend it on the clutch fork when attaching back to the car. Stock bolts come with a tiny amount of loctite on the end of the bolts, probably a good idea to add a drop or two.
6. Mentioned in that thread you linked, but even if bled properly, it'll take a decent amount of clutch pumping to extend out the clutch slave piston and get everything feeling properly.
