Anyone have the Rexpeed Bumper Covers Installed? What's the point of them? Were they based on an existing design or their original product?

Looks like they go on top of the existing bumper/lips. Hence the name "cover". I think..

So that's all they are is an aesthetic piece. No function.

I just installed the lower CF Bumper insert but I didn’t take pics of the underside. Rexpeed shows it in the website

Thanks! That's what I was worried about those edges look sharp. I had the rexpeed v1 wing on my runk and from vibration and slight movement it etched fhe shape of it into my trunk.

These shouldn’t scratch the paint, the edges are curved inward and create a flat surface for the double sided tape to lay on
