Rexpeed versus OLM spoilers?

I'm considering adding an A91 style spoiler and came across ftspeed.com. They show both the rexpeed and an OLM spoiler option. Other than more than $200, does anyone know what the difference is between them? They look identical to me?

Build quality is the main thing for the price difference. Both Rexspeed and OLM are not going to have the same build quality as say the OEM one from Toyota. Rexspeed carbon quality is ok but not the greatest. Both the OLM and Rexspeed ones are going to be just gel coated and if you don't want it to peel or yellow over time, get it re-clear coated.

FYI:

Not saying it's good or bad as I don't have any experience with them, but Rexpeed is more so focused on CF parts. But that's not a testament for their quality either..

I would go with Rexspeed IMO. OLM hasn't had the best reputation from the Subaru side and that screen shot doesn't tell the whole story about many of the other products that became disasters.

Thanks for the feedback. The Rexpeed site has two clearcoat options, matte or gloss. Is it correct I'd want matte for the best match with the cars other black trim pieces? Also, kurumi, is this different from the clearcoating you mentioned? CF is a totally new concept for me...
