The fact that he is abroad might actually make it easier to catch him. Next time he comes to the US and they check his passport it should pop up. The hardest part sounds like it might be getting the police to get off their ass and put out the warrant. And make sure if there is a warrant, it's issued within his home state.Also, since he is in Stockholm, Sweden, it will be a bit more challenging, but a warrant can be put out,
