The fact that he is abroad might actually make it easier to catch him. Next time he comes to the US and they check his passport it should pop up. The hardest part sounds like it might be getting the police to get off their ass and put out the warrant. And make sure if there is a warrant, it's issued within his home state.

I was one of the first 10 to do the clone option with them when it dropped in nov 2021. Sent it to them and my car was parked for winter anyways. But didn’t get it back til march as they claimed the original batch of donor dme were not the right ones and they then found some. Glad I didn’t get wrapped up doing more with them. I kinda had enough after the cloning debacle
