Sent to femto but doesnt show CustomROM

hey guys was wondering if this has happened to any of you? I received my DME from EPC but when I go on the bm3 app and try to flash a map the flash button is not there.

It also says custom rom not detected on the pic

In the second screenshot you aren’t even connected to the ECU. That is why. Make sure you get a proper connection.

Mine was saying the same thing, even though the OTS Maps I downloaded (all maps) literally said CustomRom. Once I downloaded and flashed the MultiMap, it started acknowledging the CustomRom and would let me use the LiveAdjust feature I see you're trying to use.
You can use the MultiMap even if you're only running pump gas.... okay, fuel containing 10% or less Ethanol. It's really a cool feature.

Also, LiveAdjust only works when you are connected to the DME
