Are we cooked chat?

Was doing wheel spacers & rock guards all around, and had the ugga dugga in the wrong direction. Sheared these 2 screw heads clean off. I tried to drill both of them for a screw extraction kit (Duralast). Bottom one, the bit broke off soon after starting inside the screw. Top one, hole was drilling nicely with a new bit but the extractor wouldn't grab and soon enough it burned through the wall of the screw so now it's open on the bottom.

I'm thinking the easiest solution here would be to just pull the bumper off and replace the bumper support that these screws go into, PN 52155-WAA01. Sound right?

I'd try driving them through so they go farther in and possibly pop out the other side. Might be able to use a center punch so that a small drill bit catches. Or you could use another screw and screw down on top of it to spin it and it spits out the left over bit of the screw on the other side. You could also try to pull the bumper off and then see if the screw pokes through enough on the otherside that you can grab the tip of the screw with some pliers and then twist and it out.
