I tried searching the forum but did not find anything. I need to find the lug bolt adapter and can't find it anywhere in the vehicle. The owner's manual says "The adapter of the lug bolt lock is in the onboard vehicle tool kit or in a storage compartment close to the onboard vehicle tool kit", however I've checked those areas and still can't find it. Can anyone let me know where they have actually found it (pictures if possible). Thanks

Mine didn't even come with the key to the wheel locks that were installed. Getting that sorted now.

Based on a few other threads, the owner's manual is a bit misleading. It refers to a few things that weren't included in the US market including, apparently, the adapter, spare tire, warning triangle, etc.

A couple related threads:

Check the right rear compartment in the trunk area. The kit may be in there along with the other tire inflation/patching equipment. The toyota dealer actually handed me mine.

Hope you find it.

Thank you Kiroshino for your reply. After checking, add me to the list of owners that also did not have the warning triangle included.

I believe the lug key for the wheel locks that came with my car was in the glove compartment. it could also possibly be inside of the "roadside/tool kit" if that package came with your car.

I believe the "warning triangle" only came with EU spec supras and i believe the "spare tires" originally doesnt come with the supra. but can get one if your really wanted one.

but then again i could be wrong.

Mine was in the glove compartment on the passenger side. But it could be in another location in the trunk too.

the lock might be in a black nylon pouch with zipper. possible location is rear right side of trunk behind tool compartment wall. or under the carpet where battery is if not glove compartment. if all fails, contact dealer..
