Yeah, it's kind of odd. The only thing I can think of is maybe the video was taped months ago and the news is now just airing the story.

Alright, if the car was wrecked and the dealer didn't disclose that fact then that's stone cold BS. If it was just some aftermarket parts of dubious quality or legality in his home state then he can deal. But a wrecked car is a wrecked car. It isn't a surprise to the dealer and it shouldn't have been a surprise to the buyer. Caveat emptor has its boundaries. Youth and naivety aren't an excuse for lying about the obvious. Getting someone excited about a wrecked car knowing they don't know it's record is lying.

That begs the question of how in the hell did another dealer buy it from him. What shady practice did he have to do, lol. I'm tempted to drive to Shelby Township and see it for myself.
