Still waiting... How long have you been waiting for your GR Supra allocation/order/update etc.?

East and Gulf coast port strike has started. Don’t know how this will impact delivery of GR Supras but it probably won’t help. Good luck to everyone still waiting for your allocation to be delivered.

When I’m bored I search auto trader for Supra 2020 and up with B58 Motors. Today there’s 532 for sale, last week there was over 600. Exactly same time last year 1st week october 2023 there was 390 for sale. highest number in 2023 was 475 week of Christmas, when I bought mine. With interest rates dropping, easier lending standard and port strike the prices for Supra will go up, especially if inventory falls below 400 units.

I personally ordered a blue MT with camel interior over a year ago, got tired of waiting locally so I bought a used black automatic one locally. After 20 years of manual, this is a dam good auto. Dealer called me 2 months ago for a blue MT with black interior, I turned it down. Awaiting unicorn blue Mt with tan interior.

forgot to add with hurricane helene, how many less clean supra will be in market next 3 months.

For once there's some benefits in Hawaii...LOL. Our dealer has over twenty 2024, white and black, manual supras at $5K+ off MSRP. There's no demand here. They sold all the red and blue ones at least.

My original deposit was a bust, the dealer had lied that they had the exact spec coming in. Ended up finding my car, exactly the way I wanted it, from a different province. Flew over, did the paperwork, and had her shipped home. Took 18 days to arrive home, took about a week before the crate moved on rail. Whole process took about 2 months, got pretty lucky with my car arriving mid August to enjoy the last bit of summer.

Seems to be a lot more manuals even with incoming allocations from local dealers. I guess I'm the outlier looking for an auto haha

Put down deposit for 6-speed blue with tan interior about 20 months ago from a NO mark up Toyota dealer, bought a used black auto about 10 months ago. That’s how I got my Supra. Still holding deposit for blue supra. to be fair dealer did call me and offer 6-speed blue supra with black interior about 3 months ago. Turned it down. If Supra ends production than I’ll ask to see if they can hold future MR2 any color for me. Win/win/win propersition.
drove Manual 6-speed past 15 years but the 8-speed auto really is dam good. if Your set on blue, your gonna pay up As it’s most likely the highest demand as new.

Just pound the keystroke pavement. Type in zip codes out of your area. Typically bigger metro areas don’t deal as well as smaller ones. You’ll see they get refreshed every couple of weeks. They are also listed on some of the auto shopping websites/apps. May show as in route and the dealer can check that with the VIN. Let them work for you! They will make plenty of money selling at MSRP. Make their day ?

They will typically have an “internet price” or discount. Go along with it. Ask how much they are willing to discount it off MSRP and go from there. You’ll know real quick who is willing to deal and who isn’t. We all have our favorite transport companies. I can send you the info for the one I use once you do. Or many other peeps on here have favorites too.
