Supra engine code 118002: Mixture too rich

i have a 2022 mk5 and am stage 2 on e50. i have been recently getting this code from time to time on random startups. the car runs good i dont notice any issues when driving but sometimes startups are slightly rough, almost like it stutters. this also could just be because of the ethanol so i don't know. i have had an issue with filling gas into the car ever since i got it. when engaging the gas pump it immediately shuts off, no matter how many times i try it clicks off like its full. but i've been flipping the gas pump upside down and it fills up fully without the pump shutting off intermittently. when filling with ethanol i have no issue with this because those pumps don't have that accordion like vapor nozzle like normal gas pumps do. could the code i'm getting be a coincidence to the gas filling issue i'm having? maybe the vapors aren't being realeased correctly that's why im running too rich and the pumps clicks off?
