Suspension issue. Left front wheel seems more cambered in than right front.

I just removed both front knuckles last week when I switched to MCS coilovers since the OEM shock does not just slide out easily. So I removed it all in one piece.

So you had already removed the shock when you replaced it. So this time just remove everything in one piece, leaving the shock in the knuckle. remove the caliper and rotor first and all the wire and sensors in the way.

Then just unbolt the 3 big nuts in the knuckle that go to the 2 arms and the tie rod. (3 nuts total)... then put a jack under the knuckle, loosen the top bolts and lower it down. There is no ball joints to try to push out. Once you loosen the 3 nuts, all the arms just pop out.

Or if you want to leave the shock in the car, just do what you did to remove the shock, but instead just slip the knuckle out from under the shock
For you and anyone else who doesnt own this tool. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYGCKNDQ
spreads the knuckle right open and shocks come right off.

I’ve been trying to figure this out on my car for the longest. I have the same issue with my front passenger side is cambered in. I hit a curb and got it realigned and it was in spec but the tire is cambered in. Any tips to change out the knuckle easily?

I no longer have a Supra, but disconnecting everything connected to the knuckle is pretty simple. And then removing the wheel bearing? (Not sure what it’s called) is easy but you will absolutely need an impact gun.

It really does sound like u have a similar issue. Also I didn’t end up getting to it, but I was going to replace the upper control arm as my castor was off.

you’ll also need a knuckle separator (i got one off of Amazon) and some wd40 or some penetrating fluid to be able to easily separate the knuckle from the strut

I watched a lot of lowering spring install videos to learn how to pull the strut out of the knuckle

hope this helps

Thank you! this helps a lot. My tire position look identical to your photos. So I believe this is the issue.

Yeah that looks exactly like what I was struggling with. Honestly, I would replace everything while you're in there. Strut, knuckle, all the control arms if you can. It'll be pricy but at least you'll eliminate all your problems all at once

Yea, I agree. I can’t tell what is damaged but I’ll just change it all. Thank you again!

Update! I replaced the knuckle, strut, and lower control arm and that fixed my issue. Thank you again!

Makes me wonder if the PO installed a crash knuckle on one side after an accident or something like that. They're made to increase/decrease camber just a tad. If you still have the old one and new one maybe there is some sort of marking on them that will tell you a part#?
