The New $700 exhaust from extreme.....

Well finally got it installed and all I can say is it is WAYYYYYY deeper than I thought is was going to be, definitely took all the rasp away. And this is coming from a guy who never owned an import ever and last 2 fun cars were a LS3 corvette and a roush supercharged mustang with corsa exhaust. The video of the new exhaust is really bad unfortunately as you can here that I'm dealing with 40mph gusty winds and it is REALLY cutting out the mic on my cellphone. But for $700 it's a no Brainer all day. Well just tried to load the video and both are to much data to load unfortunately.....

I'm so glad you brought that up, what are they and what do they do??? Will they kill the sound or power??

They reduce exhaust db levels and lessen the drone without sacrificing performance.

I'm sorry but for a little bit of drone I'll save $2000. We all probably make very good money especially when alot of use bought a $60k car as a weekend toy but when I spend $2500 on this car it's going to be on a pure 800 turbo not exhaust for pure sound and no real power gains.

Oh he's gonna experience it alright, just wait until the packing in those mufflers starts to degrade and/or blow out. The quietest it'll ever be is for the first week, then likely increase in noise over time.

For what it's worth, OP I'm totally with you in the notion that I also refuse to drop $2k on an exhaust system that gains no power. That being said, I'm willing to spend $1k on the parts for my custom single-exit, but that's only $1k, and it'll be EXACTLY what I want in appearance, sound, & weight savings.
