Congrats!!!! Absolutely stunning! Can’t wait to see the PPF and plates install.

Thanks LMFAO for kicking this thread off. I gotta say, it really helped keep my sanity during the long wait.

Thanks guys.

I'm genuinely glad people have found the thread worthwhile. I'm not sure on PPF costs yet - haven't decided exactly what I want done but likely getting the front end along with ceramic coat all over.. and maybe some window tint. I also need both the inside detailed because the car was delivered quite literally as it came off the boat!

Hey mate,

I paid 8k for full PPF and window tint. Now there was a few choices when it came to the quality of the material used, I couldn’t tell you what the differences are off the top of my head but I opted for the highest quality (and most expensive) options.

I'm looking at around $4K for XPEL PPF: Full front + roof with ceramic coating everywhere else. And window tinting too.

Have you driven the car yet? What’s your 1st impressions?

I have finally got around fixing up my dealer drilled holes with some colour matched bumper plugs.

Here is a before and after image.

So there is hope even if they are drilled haha
What lip kit is that? It looks like it almost sits flush with the original font lip (something I'm trying to find since I don't want the front any lower). Do you have a picture of the side skirts as well?

Which licence plate relocation kit are you using and how is the fit of the jdm style number plates in the front and the back?

I started this thread some 11 months ago and while the wait doesn't end for all of us today, it finally ends for me!

I am using the Perrin License relocation kit. Fits fine on the car, sometimes I get the front sensor go off, otherwise great.

rear I am using a bracket that is double sided tape on, no drilling.

Still no boat name :'(

Pretty sure my car was made and sitting on the wharf by the 19th of May.
That sucks. Mine was built in February but a sticker on the windscreen says it had "heat treatment" in Belgium on the 28th of March.

Patience grasshopper. 😅

🤣 I'm failing at this, terribly.

Your boat story gives me hope though (Not getting a boat name until it was pretty much here). I'm that fucking stupid, I'm tracking 2 boats... 😥

I've never, ever, heard of this before. Lol, wth happened for them to do that 🤔
