Whatever makes you happiest is the best cosmetic mod. Everyone will have different answers - I suspect the most common being wheels, lips/aero/etc., and tints.

For me, (in order of what gives me the most visual enjoyment) it was:

• adding interior lighting
• getting rid of the ridiculous stock steering wheel
• tinting the windows
• tinting the side markers
• lowering springs
• a little extra carbon fiber (passenger side dash inserts, bottom steering wheel area)
• matching dead pedal
• painting the front strut braces
• front license plate relocation
• it's not really a cosmetic mod at its core, but I really like the way the rear speaker ports look from the subwoofer mod

I'm one of the crazies that actually doesn't mind the stock wheels... maybe one day I'll change my opinion but for now I like them.

Edit: as I was writing this (I'm grabbing a quick dinner) I noticed a group of guys taking pictures of my car in the parking lot... I guess that means my cosmetic mods didn't mess things up too much ?

Lower, spacers, upgrade tires, some sort of wing/ duckbill, unlock your ecu, tune it, bigger turbo, port injection, upgraded trans, dss axles.

Those are pretty good cosmetic mods for starter.
