Sadly looks smaller than the FJ Cruiser, looks more Jeep Renegade, Ford Bronco Sport, or Mercedes GLB sized.

I think Kirk Kreifels was saying that the name "Lite Cruiser" might be used by Toyota for this model.
Now it's surely not a true FJ70 replacement looking as it does but as a separate model in Toyota's lineup it would be cool if they designed it with front and rear motors hooked up to some electronic locker diffs on a variant with a little more ground clearance.
Program in some different light trail 4WD modes and that might just be a winner as a mostly urban but at least basic dirt trail capable adventure machine.
I'd think for now that a small range extender front engine generator not driving the wheels might be appropriate... but maybe this is being conceived as a 100% battery only vehicle?
