If anyone is looking for some TPMS sensors, I just had these installed and they work like a charm. Car will re-calibrate and will read all the data with no issues (Pressure & Temps). Was able to find them on ebay for $90 for a complete set of (4).

NOTE: These were installed on Gram Lights 57CR wheels. As updated by @nse post below, the installation instructions have been posted.

Model: 36106877937
Freq: 433MHz

Do you have to program anything or will the car just sense them automatically?

The car will know that it has new sensors and will ask you to reset them. You simply push the iDrive Touch Controller and then drive off. It will calibrate quickly in about a mile or two.

It will even detect if you've changed tire size or wheels. In my case, I had changed wheels and put the OE Michelin tires on the new wheels.

That is awesome! No more having to clone sensors or having to go to a tire shop every 6 months to reprogram the computer when swapping from summer to winter sets.

Yeah, simply mount your other wheels on, hit the reset button, and drive off. I have two set of wheels that I change back and forth. One set for daily and another set for performance stuff. Makes it super easy!

FYI, I ordered the exact ones linked by OP and they DID NOT fit the standard rims.

I've ordered these ones from the same seller instead

Man, I hate to hear that! I should have clarified that I installed them on aftermarket wheels (57CR) and did not try these on OE wheels. I have updated the thread with this new info. Sorry, you picked up a set that didn't fit but thanks for pointing this out. Much appreciated!

I actually contacted the seller again and he said they definitely should fit so I guess I'll take them to another tyre shop to check.

Ok, keep us posted as I thought they should fit too. If I remember correctly I was trying to find sensors that had the exact measurements as the OE sensors as well as the same frequencies when I had originally bought them.

Just an update, since I've had them for a year now, they are still working fine and I change wheels back and forth on a regular basis and it only take a few clicks of the iDrive button to reset the wheels each time.

The seller has been very helpful. He's sent me HUF's installation guide which explain there's a shear collar internally on the nut which breaks free at around 3NM so you can continue to torque until 4NM. Alternatively the collar on the valve could just be removed to allow the nut to clamp fully.

I'll try again with the tyre shop tomorrow.

After you did this once to teach the car that this second set are the winter wheels, are you able to change the menu to "automatic"?

Basically I ordered aftermarket and wheels, because I wanted winter rubber that had a 270km/h speed rating.
(Germany can get complicated if you have wrong tyre for the speed you crashed at).
