I own A90/2020 Supra GR. I’ve had it since June of 2020 (Traded a 2017 Hellcat for it). I had been tracking the Hellcat but found it was to heavy and to under tired for real track use. I would have loved to get a Z06 but money and my wife were against that. I have found the Supra to be a really great can on the track but a bit under powered. I’m in the process of try to fix the power issues, shooting for about 500hp at the wheels. In reading reviews of the car by car magazines I see that they say car oversteers (early reviews said under) and that it had problems with rear end hop on rebound of suspension. I’ve had my car on the track several times at BIR and once at VIR. I had some issues with under steer that essentially went away with a tire change. I can’t say I have ever noticed tail wag or hop and I’m a late braker, foot to the floor sort of person. I also can’t get those smoking tires on initial acceleration even with track mode, stability control off and no launch control. Not sure what that’s about. I’m as sure as I can be without a dyno pull, that it’s giving me at least what Toyota says it is. Ran it on a runway 1/2 mile from stop to a consistent 134mph. Just wondered what others are seeing with their cars on strip or track.

from my experience most of the steering/handling issues that people have experienced actually stemmed from the factory alignment and getting a more track oriented alignment helped fix or reduce the bad behavior.

this car can still be a little tail happy with the short wheelbase, but a good tune can make this more controllable and etc.

if you need tuning support or have any qustions, dont hesitate to reach out. i'll be haopy to help meet your goal. [email protected]

Have tracked mine 5 times last summer. I never experienced any weird handling issues. It was and is very competent and predictable.
I am up to around 500 hp and I can say it is obviously a lot faster out of the corners.

have a stack of stuff to I stall this month before first track day March. Brakes, brake lines, fluid. Sway bar, brake bracket, some aero

Looking forward to VIR
