That's not the stock charge pipe. Kit comes with a charge pipe and you can see that the one in the picture is not plastic and painted wrinkle black.
Kit seems to keep the turbo fairly low allowing the factory strut bar to remain.. nice.. I like that.. probably helps keep the heat away from the hood paint too.. got any more pics?

it does sit lower than other kits. the turbo is right in front of the factory airbox snorkel. if you also go with an aftermarket headlight delete like the Eventuri one you'll get air directly into the turbo.

You can tell it does by the way the engine cover is.
I figured it was ported. Idk if I’ve ever seen an engine cover fitting on a top mount car lol
