I’ve seen almost every post and video with people using the pure turbo
Probably for a good reason

Just saw the kit you were talking about. Pretty much on stock fuel system on pump 93 you'll probably be limited to 500-550hp. Meth or port injection will get you more

Depending on how much power you want, What Ben says is correct. There are plenty of pure800 turbo cars pushing 700+ with port injection for a factory location turbo. For $2400 its hard to beat the pure setup which would still put down low 500s on stock fuel.

Are there any issues with running Pure800 turbo without port injection and 93 octane fuel?

What is the total cost (approximate or a range) including installation and any tuning that would be necessary. Just a ball park. Can you hazard a guess?

Since you're in VA, Norris at P2uned could probably ballpark it for you. They are in Winchester.

I priced the the turbo, install kit, and tune I was right at $4200 + labor. its a little cheaper if you already have the Ecutek.
