I have Powerflex engine mount insert installed. Performance wise it's good. However it introduced vibrations when the car is idle, around 700rpm. I wonder if Twisted Tuning engine mount would introduce any vibrations when the car is idling? What about other RPM range?
There's a reason the OEM spends hundreds of hours in R&D testing and development of engine mounts. You're experiencing what happens when aftermarket manufacturers don't do any meaningful R&D.

I have Stage 2 Polyurethane bushings motor mounts on my car. I have no complaints so far & I'm actually enjoying the experience with them. However, if i could do it again, I would go with Stage 1. I will say 8th gear in the low rpms is somewhat hell as you feel the lugging & there is some noticeable n.v.h. now although some of it went away after "breaking in" id assume. I haven't seen any issues so far with them on the car. The positive i've noticed is how much more direct & locked in the car is through the corners with them now. Less slop and rocking as before whenever any throttle input through-out the corners. It's more confident and puts the power down better and faster. One of my fav experience is flooring it and shifting throughout the gears, especially if you have a transmission tune. I can feel the engine more so synchronizing with the transmission now. From the outside perspective of this car it def says "sports car". However, when driving it's too numb and not visceral enough for me in my opinion unless you're really pushing it hard with all the safety's turned off. Its got all these luxury Z4 parts underneath and it's like a condom from experiencing what the car truly is & capable of id say.

I only installed the lower half of those inserts - I have little to no extra NVH and the engine flex reduced a lot (this essentially replicates what the S58 mounts are). If you installed both the top and bottom halves of those inserts, my suggestion is to remove the top halves and see if that gives you the desired results.

Thanks for the advice! I’ll give it a try. My car is MT so it maybe behaves a little differently from AT in D. I’ll try to remove the top insert and see if there’s any improvements:)

Not a problem! My car is also a manual and while I haven't personally driven an Auto, it seems the AT folks have less drivetrain slop from factory than we do, at least anecdotally.

Here is a picture illustrating how I installed mine.
