ah that makes a lot more sense. learned something new this morning! but honestly, it probably wasn't in the budget since I'm sure there's a decent amount of development required to make it possible / bmw software doesn't support it natively BMW has already had adaptive cruise in manual MINI models since at least 2019, so its not new for them.
