USB Port not Charging

Does the car have low amp USB or my cable is at fault ? I plug in my phone and it shows the charging icon for 2 secs and then stops charging. I have a Zfold 3, and the wireless charger was a let down.

well if it stops charging after 2 sec, either the cable or usb port, or your phone's charge port is messed up..
try alternate cable/phone/etc. if it fails, then surely it's the usb.
