Volume too high at lowest setting via Satellite channels - How to adjust

I have a 2024 Supra GR and am facing an annoying issue with the stereo volume (too high) when playing radio/satellite.

At the lowest setting, just one bar, when playing Radio/Satellite music, the sound volume is super loud when driving where it's difficult to carry on a conversation. When playing music via CarPlay (spotify, prime, etc.) the volume is much lower without changing any settings.

I looked everywhere through all of the menu options and am stumped!

Anyone else have this issue and have a solution?

There's nothing normal or expected about this. Like a "1 of 1" type report, to the extent that I'd be surprised if we find anyone else has red experienced this. I'd disconnect the battery overnight and see what happens, if it were me.

Experience the same with CarPlay volume very low, believe it's an Apple issue from the little I have looked into it.

The one thing I haven't tried is USB w/ BT disabled on the phone, and see if wired CarPlay sounds different.

For me everything sounds like crap and very low except the satellite radio channels. While I won't pretend that it sounds great its way way better then carplay or any bluetooth listening.

That said I have zero issues with my volume going down, on 1 bar its very quiet.

This is a BMW "feature". LOL, what I mean is that I've had similar issues on some BMWs as we (or some of us) on the Supra, the volume for different inputs is ... different.

Annoying, and there's no fix that I'm aware of. Just keep in mind, "they all do that". Mostly.

if you turn all the frequencies in the equalizer down by the same amount it effectively reduces the volume

Are the other modes normal volume?

You can call sirius xm and have them reset
