The Michelin website says 30k treadwear
So how does this work
Do you have to go to the dealer only or any store?

Its half, because they cant be rotated. From Michelin:

Some vehicles come from the vehicle manufacturer with “split fitments” – meaning different sizes of tires on the front and rear axles. Because these tires cannot be rotated as recommended by Michelin, the mileage warranty on each rear tire will cover half the number of miles as the standard mileage warranty for that particular tire design.

The entire warranty, and all the ways they can get out of it, can be found here:

https://dgaddcosprod.blob.core.wind...replacement-tires-owner-s-manual-warranty.pdf

Basically it boils down to this - it has to be worn perfectly evenly form edge to edge. If it is, and its under 15k miles, you can apply for a pro-rated replacement. If its not perfectly even, they will blame it on your alignment and give you nothing.

Example:

at 12k miles youre at 2/32 all the way across the tire. You would get a 20% discount (or more likely, have to apply for the 20% back) on a new set.

Id highly suggest not relying on tire warranties. They have too many ways to get out of paying it. I only use them as a rough idea as to how long a tire will last.

My PSS's were down passed the indicator on the outer thread, but the inner 2 had plenty left.

Alignment checked and was ok so i guess its just from cornering?

Edit: after 15k miles

Outer wear indicates either excessive positive camber, excessive toe in, or consistent high speed cornering without enough camber (read - tracking on stock alignment).
