If it matters, I purchased my first set of wheels/rims today from @Meraki Autoworks!

Super cool guy.

They're made to order so, they'll take about 4-6 weeks to get here. Then tires...then lug conversion/or whatever I decide... Will post when they're finally put on!

Finally got the courage to replace the front and rear badges. This bitch is a two-parter. FML.

This is why i had my detailer do it lol. He does badges all the time on BMW’s and this managed to be the worst one he said

Take your time. I dinged the PPF doing the front one. No one sees it but me. But I see it a mile away.

I got there in the end but fuck me that was not a lot of fun. WD40, dental floss, fishing wire, pry tools and prayers.. I don't think there's any visible damage which is good, although Magna Steyr seems to have left me a tiny ding down to metal behind the badge. ?

And @Avarela99 This is likely why my detailer didn't do it. Ugh.
