I **LOVE** the Avan GT wheels! Probably the only ones I'd get. However, as prevalent and expensive as they are, I'll keep my powder-coated OEMs for now. :dunno:
I felt the same way I was considering having my OE wheels powder coated gunmetal until I stumbled on this pic. When I saw the Machining and Hyper Black on a Phantom I had to have them.

Next on my list is to replace this skinny steering wheel.

Attended the Scottish M Takeover Meet at Crail Raceway here in Scotland yesterday. I had an M2 and an M135i before the Supra, so just stayed in the Scottish M club as I'd made friends there!

That show plate should read 'GR SUPRA' but they added an extra S by mistake. Waiting on the replacement being sent out.

Yea that sounds very similar to the brake system failure. I'm glad you were okay and didn't get hurt or damage anything. Lots of us on this forum have chosen to not get that recall done because it updates and relocks the ECU, resulting in you having to pay for another unlock in order to reflash our tunes. Safety is very important though.
thankfully i'm only JB4 and i've got some friends in service at the dealership i used to work at, hopefully they'll ignore the catless CEL heh

The recall is from mid-last year. https://www.viscontituning.com/pages/toyota-supra-recall-update-infomation

Are you the first owner of the car? If it was used, the original owner could have gotten recall notifications and either ignored them, or intentionally didn't do it because they didn't want to pay $400 to bench unlock.
yes, first owner of the car. i'm going to NHTSA right now to check for recalls.. i haven't gotten any notices but also i never check the mail cause mail sucks and nothing ever good comes in the mail, the good things go to the package room haha

The lower edge of my CF splitter (aka Curb Catcher) was getting a little chipped up so I installed "carbon fiber look" edge trim to clean it up a bit. It came in a roll but I left it in the sun on the blacktop part of the driveway for an hour or so and it became very pliable.

Your car reminds me of mine so much haha. Which Toyota badges are those? American Panda? They look great!
