Not sure if that would be enough to cause the error to display, but you never know.
Best to take it to a garage so they can plug it in and see what the error codes say.
Yeah, eventually got it sorted.
Turned out to be a faulty rear parking sensor.
My local indy garage diagnosed it by connecting their Snap On tools computer to the car.
I then went back to Toyota with that and they fixed it under warranty.
I've had (and am currently having) quite poor service from Macklin Motors Toyota in Darnley, Glasgow.
Sadly it's pretty much the norm in my experience for main dealers to be a bit rubbish. I've always had generally better service from independent garages.

Yeah, it's thicker. The stock steering wheel is definitely one of the worst steering wheels I've ever used. I think they just used one from a Toyota van or something. So rubbish!
I've no plans to sell the Supra anytime soon tbh.
