I generally don't like decals as it ruins the look.

I can understand adding a little livery to differentiate your vehicle from the five other silver Supras during a track day but this is a lot.

My Golf-R has a few window decals, but my Supra, I even removed the MaxtonD logo from the splitter since she looks so impactful and beautiful as she is.

So I did drive my garage queen yesterday, cleaned her up after the drive.. are there any good JDM low dust pads people can recommend me? I don't road course the car, I just need good low dust and quiet pads for street. TIA!

Not JDM, but I've had excellent results from a set of Powerstop Z23s. No real brake dust to speak of anymore.

I got Powerstop z26 all around brake dust was reduced by probably 95% no real noticeable difference in braking performance on the street if anything braking feels more linear which i prefer personally

~ I have a full set (front and rear) of the Powerstop Z23 with about 1,000 miles on them if you want them. Just pay shipping. I swapped back to the Z26 pads.

Not JDM, but I've had excellent results from a set of Powerstop Z23s. No real brake dust to speak of anymore.

Same here. It takes a while to build up any visible residue, and it’s easy to wipe off with a microfiber cloth. My wheels are ceramic coated, just to be safe.

I did have an issue with the Z23s though. A couple of months after installation I noticed a “random” loud clunk in the front when I stepped on the brakes at low speeds. It turned out to be due to the backing of the front pads not being precisely cut, so they shifted a bit when the car was moving in one direction and suddenly released if I changed directions. What seemed random was actually consisten when going from drive to reverse or vice versa. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new set of front pads, free of charge.

Sounds great. Did you need to bed these in, or since street pads, no need? Thanks again. I should have my set in a couple of weeks time.
