My phone moves out of the charger if I accelerate too fast, I have a silicone case on my phone as well.

Anyone know how to stop this from happening?
Don't accelerate as fast. ;-)

I think getting rid of the phone is a much more practical solution. Plus the significant other isn't location tracking you at the local tuner shop.

It was a weird getting my galaxy in and out at first but now I guess I have muscle memory and don't even think about it even with a radar detector plugged into the adapter. I also have a case on phone and it gets a little warm but its about the same when I use the wireless charger at my desk.

Airpods pro case wedges right in there pretty well..

I keep 3 cards on the back of my phone so I don't think I'll ever be able to charge my phone there unless I switch back to using a wallet.

I simply removed that annoying / useless cover a while ago... Now it's a more useful storage space to hold wallet, change. etc...Also much easier to lay phone in for wireless charging...

Canadian spec models, which are all Premium trim, exclude the wireless charger for some reason (which I confirmed through Toyota Customer Service). Instead, we’ve got a shallow rectangular rubber tray insert, which is perfect for sunglasses or phone. Might be a good option if you decide to remove the charger.

Mine works but my iPhone gets so hot, it's like putting it in a microwave. :D

Went on a nice 3 hour cruise the other day. My iPhone 12 mini got so hot that it shut off and killed the CarPlay. The phone wouldn’t do a thing until it cooled down. Debate on hanging it out of the ding dang window. Was not a happy camper.
