Kind of a dumb question....

What does everyone do with the OEM exhaust once they replace it? It's too big to haul up to the attic. Any value? Or should I just section it up and store it in pieces?

With every car Iā€™ve ever owned. I kept OEM parts.
when I sell my car, I find it easier to sell with stock parts as the plane Jane wonā€™t care or pay more for upgraded parts.
I would then offer to sell the performance parts for an extra cost or sell them used online.

I also suggest for everyone to keep OEM parts while the car technically still has warranty. If an issue arises with the car that I canā€™t fix, I plan to put on all OEM parts and take it to the dealer to avoid any backlash from the manufacturer.

same reason I tell everyone to keep their stock downpipe. I know businesses are buying them from users and itā€™s scummy. Itā€™s scummy because they plan to sell them back to users for an up charge once they need to pass emissions on a later date, especially in California.
