I have a 2024 45th and have damage to the front wheel rim. It’s not bad but since this is my first time dealing with this, I’m septic about a repair shop and have been thinking getting a new wheel would be a better option. I think I’ve seen that 42611-WAA11 is the part number. I’d ask if anyone is selling them but I just need 1 front. Any help appreciated.

Yeah I would go with a new replacement as well.

Thats very minor damage and a quality wheel repairer won't have any issues straightening that. Finding a quality repairer might be the issue.

Wow that really sucks man. So surprised you didn’t lose a tire too. Had to hit extremely hard / deep pothole to do that! Must have felt like your teeth were being pulled on impact?

Just use a wheel repair shop/mobile service. That should be an easy fix.

Fun fact, didn’t hit anything that hard that I can remember.

As many other members have mentioned, I would definitely just get that wheel repaired. No actual surface damage and just a very minor bend in the wheel will only set you back a couple hundred at most I would imagine. New wheel would be drastically more expensive.

My wife must have been near it then… 😂

J/K she use to be the worst at destroying brand new wheels however she has greatly improved the last few years.

Every time I use to find new damage, of course she had no account of how it possibly could have happened. “I have no idea how that happened, I didn’t run over 5 curbs rounding the corner in the last month”… 👀

You can always try to use a mallet and pound it out after heating it up. If it doesn’t bend back - buy a new one vs repair. Won’t take much to cause an odd vibration or irritation if it’s not perfectly straight at different speeds.

Those wheels are forged, by the way. At least that's what the advertisements stated.
