Figured id update the thread and finish it off, dropped off my car at a "Carstars" down here by me in NC last friday. Got news back 2 days ago that they calculated the numbers for the damage being $28,723. I am insured by State Farm and at this number in their system it was 95% out of 100% deemed totaled. Long story short, ill be getting a check and buying a new one!
No idea if the frame itself was hit, but the dent on the rear quarter was drastic enough to make the hatch welds pinch and bow. Pretty much cutting the car in half and rewelding was the "fix" if this wasnt considered totaled. Yikes

Now the question do i get a manual, or stick with an auto?
