oh, there are absolutely PR/marketing folks following this forum... they've been here for some time.

In fact, Guff is friends with some of them and has said so as recently as a few days ago in a post he made about them vs engineering lol

It's not all that crazy if you know what you're doing and are good at your job. My good friend worked on both the new NSX and the Civic Type R haha, and hes only been an engineer for like 7 years or so now.

What about as a test driver? I really love the idea of working on cars to see them perform like they do now, like watching a child come alive and into their own.

I recall the test driver for Lexus who died working on the LFA, so that's what came to mind.

Ah, yeah Naruse-san.. Both Tada-san and the other two engineers im friends with knew him well.

Akio also recognized him as his teacher, so it was really sad when he died.

Exactly, to see a man work so passionately on these vehicles to make it the perfect version so everyone else can enjoy them is awesome, and is something that I feel as well.
