Looking for a service center I can trust with my Supra. I need trustworthy people who aren't going to abuse my car while in their care and know what they're doing.

If any of you have already worked with an SA/tech and had a positive experience with them, please let me know their contact info and dealership. I'm open to Seattle, the eastside, and south of the Sound (Tacoma/Fife/Puyallup). I'm approaching my first service Toyota-recommended service interval on oil at 7200 miles fairly quickly, so I'll need to make an appointment soon.

Thanks!

UPDATE 3/11: Made an appointment at Toyota Renton and was told by one SA it would take the majority of the day for an oil change. I've done the oil change myself already and it took no more than an hour. Maybe I'm paranoid about keeping my car there for too long but I went ahead and requested a different SA that a buddy of mine recommended. Hopefully he can get me in and out quickly.

Toyota of Kirkland - ask for ā€œShortyā€ as your Service Advisor. The one and only Supra tech is a younger guy and knows what heā€™s doing.

If you (or anyone else in the area) are ever in Kennewick, head over to Toyota of Tri-Cities and ask for my hubby Stephen. He is a service advisor there, and I had my first service done at their dealership (versus my local dealers in PDX ?).

Iā€™ve not had any luck with Seattle Toyota Service Centers.

- Kirkland has stripped the skid plate bolts on our 4runner on more than one occasion during routine oil changes.

- Rodland Toyota tried to dup my wife into a $700 oil pan replacement on our Corolla because they said gasket was bad and pan would get damaged upon removal. But when I went and challenged them I found out they stripped the drain bolt when they removed it.

- Magic Toyota, allows lot attendants to help out with oil changes when they get too busy and are backed up.

So no way in hell anyone but me is touching my Supra for service!

Never updated this thread but my experience at Renton was not good. It was a waste of time and they came back an hour later only to tell me they didnā€™t have the right oil on hand, despite me calling days before to make sure they do have it.
Bellevue was a much better experience. They had me in and out in just over an hour.

Was this Michaelā€™s Toyota in Bellevue?

Wanted to jump in this thread and warn ya'll that Michael's Toyota isn't all the great either unfortunately. I've lost count of the number of times I've had them do something with my car and it starts a domino effect of crap they mess up on the car. I think after my next service I want to try a different and hopefully better service center. These guys just don't take any accountability or responsibility for the mistakes they make.

Has anyone had any good experiences with any other dealer like Tacoma (not Titus Will) or something?
