Odd, I tried that over and over. Have the car off, seatbelt on or off, pushed the start rapidly 3 times to get into diagnostic and everything show up then the trip meter and release and press it again but I am in regular mode then.
Do you actually see the words "diagnostic mode active" ? also at each selection you have to hold the button down for few seconds.

Yes, and then I hold down the trip meter again but it goes into the regular mode.

Guy on YouTube showed how to access additional vehicle parameters (oil temp, water temp, etc.) and have them display near your tach screen. You use the odometer button to access it, but you need a "VIN Code" for the car (NOT the VIN Number). His was a two digit number, that allowed unlocking of these extra parameters. Does anyone know where to get the VIN CODE??

i believe its like adding the last 4 digit of your vin or something like that

That is so cool. 110C = 230F so easy to remember too.

The pain is you have to do this every time, which is wrong for a car like this.
