Lots of new Supra’s being advertised on Autotrader’s website at nice discounts…
These are just a few examples!

The 21 ones aren’t tunable. That maybe the reason. It makes no sense why dealers are advertising used one year old Supra’s for over $50,000..
Why not just buy a new one from a Toyota Dealership that is offering a nice discounts!

Generally with other platforms I would agree, but this is a Supra we're talking about. How many stock MKIVs exist? My spit ball guess is 50% care. I cared and mine is bone stock and will stay that way until I get bored with the Power or have a week where can I wrench on car without wife seeing all the new parts. ???My guess is less than 10% of the Supra owners could care less if they’re tunable…
Most owners will keep their Supra’s dead stock…

If you can even find a new one on the lot. New car inventory is at an all time low right now. Thus making used car market skyrocket. I highly doubt anybody is offering any kinds of good discounts right now. I been shopping for a car recently and dealerships are asking for msrp. No negotiations or discounts. It’s know like take it or leave it attitude as somebody will buy their car off the new car lot if you don’t.It makes no sense why dealers are advertising used one year old Supra’s for over $50,000..

What I’ve found with all of these low internet prices is that they include a combination of all the possible incentives and rebates some of which you might not be eligible for and they exclude the doc fee and sometimes shipping. So, there might be a recent college grad, military, former lead holder, etc. encentives that you don’t get. Then add $899 or $ 399for doc fee (Virginia be MD) and $899 for transportation fee and you can have a difference of $4k from advertised price.$6,000 off…
Now, 25 years later, most are modified, sure, because tuners collect them. Back when they were new that wasn't the case. They were driven around bone stock for the most part. People didn't even like them all that much until F&F came along.Generally with other platforms I would agree, but this is a Supra we're talking about. How many stock MKIVs exist? That's certainly a fair point, though I'd say just as many people are interested in the tunability as their are actually willing to go do a proper track day at something that isn't a 1/4 mile straight line....so maybe not as many as I thought LOL.Now, 25 years later, most are modified, sure, because tuners collect them. My A91 isn't tunable, and it doesn't bother me one bit. The car is fantastic stock. After seeing what it can do bone stock on the race track, a REAL one, with turns, the only performance mods I'd do are tires.
