What happened? They made a car in which they can sell more than 6 because 90% of us couldn’t afford it. Personally at $150K+ I would have gone for a Porsche or an Audi R series.

Nah, if it had been a reskinned Lexus LC with a Toyota quality interior I couldn't see them asking for than $90k.

Well, they were on BMW's mercy and confined to Z4's wheelbase. Could have gone with the Lexus chassis for sure, but then where them I6's at.
Needless to say that F1 nose is not frontal passenger crash friendly. And I'm positive that radar restricted the design even more.. This was nothing more than a concept.

Could have designed a production ready one like the "Z" for sure, but probably wouldn't have been hyped as much. However, was disappointing buyers when actual production came out, worth it? Who knows .. We still bought it

Still one of my favorites to use on some of the haters

This one is hands down the best of them all. It never fails some kid at C&C will walk by mine or another MKV and say to his friends "that's just a fookin Z4" before hopping back into his either sticker bombed 95 civic, plasti-dipped 2.0 genesis coupe with no less than 164k miles, or the passenger seat of his buddies turbo mustang.
