Despite the power bump, you have the rarer color and your car is easily tuneable. I wouldn't do that trade. But if they were buying for $80k, I'd definitely think about that.

Why would you want to move from a 2020 to a 2022? Is it purely just because its newer? Need more insight.
Agreed. I'm waiting for the refresh and keeping my black one so that I can have my cookies and chips and eat them too.

I'd keep the 2020, especially if it's tuneable. I can see them going up in value as the years pass.

I would never give up a tunable Supra for a non tunable one. The 2022 offers you nothing better than your 2020 already has. Don’t do it!
