Last I checked, there were like 60 Supras available on Carvana. Most have under 5000 miles on them. Kind of wild.

unrelated, that looks great, that color powdercoat on the wheels on silver lowered, what a beauty! plus a tunable 21, sounds like a good buy if the price is right

The price is $60k. For a technically used Supra, thats a bit high, but not outrageous in this current market. If someone really wants a tunable Supra, this is a solid buy.

My biggest problem with Carvana is that almost every car has chips or scratches on the paint. Back in September they offered me 16k for my 2013 Prius, so there’s that.

They def have a typical dealer mentality. They offered me 6k less then book trade in value for decent condition and mine is perfect and coated professionally so it would land under the higher book value

If I had a second car I would have sold mine already as well. CarMax offered me $54k on my 3.0 Premium.

I know this car well.... Carvana paid $60k for it - Not sure how they are staying in business making $0. Maybe they are making it up in F&I

I bought a car from Carvana a while back just for kicks (to try out their app while I was sipping coffee at my work kitchen) and it too looked okay from 10ft, but rock chips, and even body repair done which was not listed. I mean the repair looked good enough normal folks would not care, but car guys like us work on cars all the time and we can definitely tell it was repaired in an instant.

it was a very smooth transaction (this was long before the pandemic). After a year I sold the car back to Carvana, also a quick transaction. Overall I didn't mind them at all.. however, I usually never buy used cars so I'll probably never use them again or any of the other similar stores like Vroom, etc. Just wanted to experiment and have the knowledge.
