This is the OBDLink app that is available with the OBDLink MX+

https://www.obdlink.com/obd-apps/

It also has the ability to create ā€œdashboardsā€ on your phone to show a variety of different sensor readouts - all of which can be fully customized for size/colour/gauge style.

I have set mine up to show coolant and oil temperatures, intake temperature, boost, and RPM. I also have it show G-Force sensors, but these just use your phoneā€™s accelerometer.

I use a magnetic mount on the cover above the wireless charger to hold the phone in place while driving.

I used this vent mount:
https://www.scosche.com/magicmount-vent2

It fits tightly onto the cover and the magnet is strong enough to hold the phone securely. The phone fits perfectly in place with no vibrations or rattles (for my iPhone Pro Max).

The only problems with this location are that the shifter blocks the far right portion of the screen (but if you build your dashboard with this in mind itā€™s fine) and the screen is low so it will take your eyes off the road. I really only wanted a temperature gauge so for this purpose it works perfectly.

Was on the grand central parkway going westbound and saw a red mk5 by laguardia airport. Jersey license plate. He spotted me. Just wondering now if he's also on this website ??

Got H&R springs and 13mm front 15mm rear spacers done today.

As a bonus also changed out my blue FI exhaust tips for carbon, which I traded with another forum member.
