Tire recommendation help

Hi Everyone,

I’m purchasing : ADVAN GT PREMIUM - 19X9.5 +22 / 19X10.5 +32 / 5X112 (A90 SUPRA FITMENT) *SET OF 4*

looking for advise as to what tires would be best? Or if someone has the same rims what tires do you use?

If you plan on getting a tune I would get more aggressive tires for traction. The OEM tires just spin.

I went with RT660 275/35 Front 295/35 Rear

Same here on the rear with 265/35 RT660 up front. They’re beasts. With stage 2 E50 the 295s’ll still spin in 2nd, but third locks it up and snaps your neck back. Surprisingly traction control actually works a lot better with these tires than with stocks too. TC is much more linear and predictable than with the stock tires; especially when cornering under throttle.

It depends on what you'll be doing with the car, are you trying to put power down or something that'll last long?

I found cheap RT660's 305/30/19's for $214.00 (about $150usd each) Do they throw small stones and rocks all over the car because of the soft compound? I'm nervous about my paint.

That price is amazing! But sadly only available in Canada. I had to use a VPN to Vancouver to see that price.

I did hear something once when I did a fast sharp u-turn. Not sure where it rubbed but something made a slight noise. Stock suspension also.

Awesome! Thanks. I jumped on that RT660 deal since they were still in my cart at the lower price and I noticed the price went back up to normal this morning. Hopefully they honour the sale price still!

I ordered the RT660's as well. I left a message in the Supra WhatsApp, so people could get in on the deal. I think it was a mistake on their website.

It wasn't a mistake, they had a supplier blowing them out. And I missed out. Ended up canceling my order because they were going to end up being 540 each.
