After 4 weeks off suffering through awful dealership experiences, I managed to put down a reservation for a manual 2023 only marked up $2k… but it’s in black.

y’all know of any dealers that have a small markup and not something ridiculous in SoCal?
Thanks!

How much is the dealer asking with markup? There is someone selling their manual CU later grey for about $65K with only 22 miles on it here in the Reno area

Longo Toyota but there is a long wait time. They sell their cars at MSRP

wouldn't the sale be taxed at the DMV?
I’m not 100% sure but I’m thinking that because it’s technically a used car then no because the original purchaser already paid the taxes.

Try John Elways Crown Toyota and ask for David. He’s manager there and they sell their cars at msrp also. Idk if they’re taking reservations still or not though

Pretty sure you pay tax to the dmv no matter new or used. Otherwise you won’t be able to register the car
Not in Nevada. We pay the taxes to the dealer we buy the car from and pay the registration fees to the DMV. It sounds like it’s different in other states.
