Some of the reviews did say the US version will probably be louder and more powerful. The only differences is just a stupid air filter that restricts air flow and in turn power, correct?

Lol. Air filter? Is that what you understood from the emission difference? Some of the reviews did say the US version will probably be louder and more powerful. The only differences is just a stupid air filter correct?
This is what I read from MT.Lol. Air filter? Is that what you understood from the emission difference?
As with the BMW in Euro-spec, the B58 in the German-market Supra we drove is downrated due to an exhaust particulate filter. In the Z4, the filter chokes a significant 47 hp to result in a mere 335 hp. Perhaps that's the difference I felt.
Exactly.. it’s similar to that of the diesel trucks DPF. Not a air filter.
Do facts frustrate you?And you are a half baked piece of turd.
My bad, picked the wrong words.Exactly.. it’s similar to that of the diesel trucks DPF. Not a air filter.
Ok half baked.. What facts do you have? Please give me some facts of this car that you know about... lolDo facts frustrate you?
You seem very emotional about this car, you should take a break and bring some positivity into your life
It’s sad how many people are onboard with this mockery that Toyota is doing. We can agree or disagree about the car, but I think we all agree that the slow tease does NOT appeal to the target customer, at least in the US.
The Z4 is looking better simply because BMW has behaved like a professional automaker who have actually unveiled cars before. We have specs, photos and reviews. I can put my money down on a product and know what I'm buying, right to the color.
Preorder on Oct. 2? Who are they kidding? Maybe the BMW.
This approach makes an American buyer think that something is being hidden, not that you're playing an "under promise, over deliver" game which is too cute by half.
Toyota, act like you've been there before.
Ah weed puns, very easy to make on Justin Baker.Ok half baked.. What facts do you have? Please give me some facts of this car that you know about... lol
You see you insult others to make your pathetic life feel better. Maybe u need to seek some help from being a key board warrior.
No worries.. it’s really not loosing that power because of a filter. It’s way more than that. However... what I’m trying to convey is.. modified cars will not be warrantied.. just won’t happen. If this car is not decent out of the box.. it’s DOA. No matter what Tada says.. legal won’t allow a tuned car to be covered under warranty. Just plain and simple. My bad, picked the wrong words.
So you have no facts.. ok... understood. LolAh weed puns, very easy to make on Justin Baker.
Theres a difference between healthy speculation and constant whining
I remember when that was the consensus about this car. But to be honest, it was speculation then more than it was fact. It's a 2 seater because the z4 wasn't going to have 4 seats. To be honest dude, this car is not going to replicate the formula of the mk4. It just isn't. Tada himself said they wanted to keep the cost lower to appeal to a wider audience. The bright side is that they built the thing to support after market tuning and modding. It will be a fine car and hopefully it'll have a future where the mk4 did not. That’s not what this was portrayed as previously. It was stated as if.. we don’t need rear seats .. we need a small core sports car and not a GT car as it previously was.
