I’m finally picking mine up tomorrow after a year long wait.

Went on a spur of the moment afternoon drive, 4 hours roundtrip, to a mountain vista called Vista Grande Overlook Observation Site. Fun, twisty roads, too much fucking gravel, and near the top of the mountain there were about 3 miles of very rocky, pothole filled, icy roads. My super clean car turned dirty as fuck, covered in bug guts. Will wash it again tmrw

Congrats, dude! Hope you enjoy that manual! On the twisties I went on in the road trip yesterday, a manual would have been way too much of a handful so I was actually pretty grateful for the auto ?.

Thanks! Honestly I am not sure what would be more of a handful, when I drove an auto the gear ratios seemed closely spaced, almost like I'd have to shift mid corner... The manual car you just kind of lean into it and let the engine do the work if that makes any sense.

Did you use an iPhone to take those pictures by chance? I'm asking because I've noticed with mine that whatever post processing it does filters out most of the purple tint the color has.


I've found this color is really hard to accurately capture in general.

I was finally able to get a picture that shows the purple tint this paint has to it. It’s so much better in real life than pictures show
