What did you do to your Supra today?

Installed this $4k nightmare (EOS manifold). Only took about 8 hours…FML

Great job ?? Not that it’s bad looking but… Can you put the cover back on or do they make a cover for after the EOS mani? Those IAT temps are going to be so incredible on track ? ? ?

Installed Eibach Euro 0.8" / 20mm springs and 11/13mm spacers today.
Now I just need to drive the car for a couple of days to make the springs seat properly and then get an alignment.

Meanwhile hot Florida boy looks on at any/every Norway ?? pic just dreaming what it’d be like to drive a Supra there. So cool dude! Dying to visit someday ?

The manifold sits up too high on the right side so you have to cut the cover. I decided to switch to a carbon cover at the same time so I could do it all at once, unfortunately Eventuri’s “3 week” lead time has tuned into “3 months” so it still isn’t here yet, hopefully I’ll have it in another 3-4 weeks.

Honestly if I had to do it again I’d just bring it to a shop and let them deal with it. I always do my own mods, but this one was just super frustrating, easily the worst install so far on this car. A smaller manifold wouldn’t have had as many problems, it took nearly 2 hours just to get this bastard to sit right on the head so the holes would actually line up…during which time an o-ring managed to fall out which luckily I noticed or I would have had a massive boost leak and would have to do it all over again. I haven’t actually driven the car yet, so who knows, maybe one did.

My recommendation is just take it to a shop and pay them whatever they want.

did you have to cut the bump stop? I know this eibach version didn’t come with bump stop replacement. The drop looks great

I did not cut them. There where no new bump stops included in the kit, so I take that as new bump stops or modifying the old one's are not needed if the drop is only 0.8" inch.

Pining for the fjords eh? I live in the south-eastern parts of Norway, where everything is flat, flat and flat. But 6-7 hours away you can find the famous Atlantic Road and Trollstigen (The troll ladder).
I hope to take a ride there during this summer season.

lol. No, we do the manifolds after we drop in engines. Otherwise it's in the way of the hook for the engine hoist.

70 since those were recommended. Haven't driven it yet to find out.

I know it's not CF interior trim or wingy ding aero bits, but I took first place in class at round 4 of the Bimmer Challenge and 3rd in Vegas Cup, yesterday (Las Vegas Motor Speedway ORC) with a 1'57.8.

Now to see if I can make up points after missing the first three rounds.

The car continues to impress me.
