You're the man I was waiting for, do you think it's really worth it and a big enough difference in stage 2??? I just got my car tuned and with the pretty big difference in power felt, to be honest the shifting stock feels amazing, am I missing something ZRK, or is it just something to spend more money on that's not really needed??
If I had a stock Supra and had to mod it all over again, the XHP flash would be the first thing I did even on a bone stock car.
Please explain.....and do you work for them??
Faster, smoother shifts, and it makes normal mode actually usable without bogging the engine constantly. I actually like normal mode now and use it all the time, I never used it before because the shift points were terrible.
Now that's what I was looking for. Question, do you have to manually tune the normal mode to shift better?? I heard it doesn't help on normal mode that much, and what stage are you running?
The shift points in normal mode are much better with just the flash, but I did tweak 6th-8th a bit from the defaults. I’m on the stage 2 flash.

Just drove around for an hour or so with stage 2. It's ok don't notice that much of a difference because factory was so good, BUT it is nice in normal mode now when you pick sportive, makes a nice difference, and in sport mode I start in 2nd gear helping with the extra power. But to be honest with you, the stock Trans tune was already pretty awesome.
You can lock out first gear with XHP.
Come to a full stop, then manually shift to 2nd. The car will no longer shift to 1st automatically anymore until you turn the car off/on. If you want it to be permanent, as @zrk said you can do that with the XHP tune.
